- You can delete your content at any time
License you grant us:
- You grant Taystify a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your content
- This license allows us to display, distribute, and promote your content on our platform
- We may use your content in marketing materials with your permission
- This license ends when you delete your content or account
What this means
You keep ownership of your photos and posts. We just need permission to show them on Taystify and in our app. If you delete something, we'll remove it from our platform (though copies may remain in backups for a limited time).
🚫 Prohibited Use
Certain activities are strictly prohibited on Taystify. Violating these rules may result in account suspension or termination.
You may not:
- Post illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Harass, bully, or threaten other users
- Spam, scam, or engage in fraudulent activity
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise our systems
- Use automated tools to access or scrape our platform

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taystify and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
We are not liable for:

- Unauthorized access to your account
- Service interruptions or technical failures
Maximum liability
In any case, our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of Taystify shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, or €100, whichever is greater.
