We're committed to fair pricing and transparent billing. You'll always know exactly what you're paying for, and we make it easy to manage or cancel your subscription at any time.

💰 Pricing & Billing

Our pricing is designed to be simple, transparent, and fair. Here's how billing works on Taystify.

Subscription Plans:

  • Monthly subscription: Billed monthly, cancel anytime
  • Annual subscription: Billed yearly, save up to 20%
  • Partner accounts: 3-month free trial, then flexible monthly plans

Pricing Transparency

All prices are displayed clearly before you subscribe. There are no hidden fees, and you'll receive a receipt for every payment. Prices may vary by region due to local taxes and currency conversion.

🔄 Subscriptions

Understanding how subscriptions work helps you manage your account and billing effectively.

How Subscriptions Work:

  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period
  • You'll be charged on the same day each month/year
  • You can cancel at any time before the next billing date
  • If you cancel, you keep premium access until the end of your paid period

Managing Your Subscription:

  • View your subscription status in app settings
  • Change your plan (upgrade or downgrade) at any time
  • Update payment method in your account settings
  • Cancel your subscription with one click

✅ Refund Eligibility

We want you to be happy with your Taystify subscription. Here's when you're eligible for a refund.

You May Be Eligible for a Refund If:

  • You were charged incorrectly or multiple times
  • Technical issues prevented you from using premium features
  • You canceled before the renewal date but were still charged
  • You request a refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment

Refunds Are Not Available For:

  • Subscriptions canceled after the 14-day window
  • Partial refunds for unused time in a billing period
  • Subscriptions purchased through third-party app stores (see below)
  • Change of mind after actively using premium features

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

First-time subscribers have 14 days from their initial payment to request a full refund, no questions asked. This gives you time to try premium features risk-free.

⚙️ How Refunds Are Processed

If you're eligible for a refund, here's how the process works.

Refund Process:

  • Contact our support team via email or in-app support
  • Provide your account details and reason for refund request
  • We'll review your request within 2-3 business days
  • If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method
  • Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days

Note: Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. If you don't see your refund after 10 business days, please contact us.

🚫 Cancellations

You can cancel your Taystify subscription at any time. Here's what happens when you cancel.

When You Cancel:

  • Your subscription won't renew at the end of the current billing period
  • You keep premium access until the end of your paid period
  • Your account reverts to free tier after the paid period ends
  • All your content and data remain intact
  • You can resubscribe at any time

No Penalties

There are no cancellation fees or penalties. You can cancel anytime, and you'll never be charged again after your current billing period ends.

🏪 Third-Party Payments (App Store / Play Store)

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, different rules apply.

App Store / Play Store Subscriptions:

  • Managed through your Apple ID or Google account
  • Billing handled by Apple or Google, not Taystify
  • Cancellations must be done through App Store or Play Store settings
  • Refund requests must be submitted to Apple or Google

How to Cancel App Store / Play Store Subscriptions:

  • Apple: Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → Taystify → Cancel
  • Google: Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Taystify → Cancel

Important

Taystify cannot process refunds for subscriptions purchased through app stores. You must contact Apple or Google directly for refund requests. Their refund policies apply, not ours.

⚖️ Disputes & Chargebacks

If you have a billing dispute, please contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your bank.

Why Contact Us First:

  • We can often resolve issues faster than a chargeback process
  • Chargebacks may result in account suspension
  • We're committed to fair resolution of all billing disputes
  • Most issues can be resolved within 2-3 business days

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, your account may be suspended pending investigation. We take payment disputes seriously and will work with you to resolve any legitimate issues.
